A team of well trained staff are always available to cover all shifts.

Support services are tailored to meet individualized needs. Assistance with personal care, instrumental activities and behavioral concerns are also provided.

We offer homes with 24 hour personal support with awake overnight staff to provide assistance to individuals who need this level of intense care. Other homes have less support for individuals who require less support to be safe and independent.

Our homes are located primarily in Baltimore City , Baltimore County, Howard, Anne Arundel and Harford counties.

TruLife Health Services strives to provide assistance to individuals that will promote personal growth , foster autonomy , compliment and build on an individual’s strength for greater independence.

TruLife Health Services is able to provide individuals with the support necessary to enable them to live in their own homes, apatments, single family homes or rental units with roommates or with other members of their family. The degree of suppot provided is lindividualized to meet care needs of each individual. It ranges from intensive behavioral supports or direct personal assistance with ADL’s ( bathing, dressing, grooming, )and IADL’s( meal preparation, laundry, light housekeeping and errands ). Services could be provided as a drop-in support to many hours each day.

Personal support services aim to provide the individuals a full range of community based support which includes enhanced development of the individual’s natural support system ( family, friends and neighbors of the individual) for greater fulfillment of our corperate mission – to ensure individuals are fully assimiliated and included in their neighborhoods, places of work and places of worship.
